La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR el recurso impetrado, por no satisfacer la totalidad de los requisitos de procedibilidad exigidos para este tipo de trámite, en particular, el relacionado con la carga argumentativa mínima para habilitar un estudio de fondo.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por carencia argumentativa, el recurso de súplica presentado por el señor Andrés Felipe Falla Montealegre en contra del Auto del 13 de junio de 2024, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada contra de los artículos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 literal c), 6, 7 y 8 (parciales) de la Ley 54 de 1990.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la secretaría general de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-15848.
